My work as a psychologist means i teach Mindfulness and give a lot of myself every day – but you cant pour from an empty cup !! So I’m looking forward to looking after myself, filling up the cup again and as I “fill up” when I’m in community, I am looking forward to sharing in this community just as much as Im looking forward to the mindfulness meditations !
