Dear Rick Hanson
It been a long time since I learned and enjoyed my mourning meditation Each day your short meditation
Had a profound affect on me my thought process and my heart. Thank you Judy
What a beautiful meditation! Thank you for making me realize how difficult it is to encircle all beings, no matter what happens, in any situations of my daily life.
I have really enjoyed Dr. Hanson’s sessions this week. Thank you.
Thank you for all you do and share.
It helps navigate the wild ride of a life time.
Blessed be.
Merrily…

Oh gosh, what a wonderful world it would be if we all could live in harmony and sharing with each other and nature. So so different from current reality. It would be heaven on earth, I will certainly try in all the little ways I can to work toward this possibility and thank you so much Rick for your guidance and encouragement.
You have been at your very best in these beautiful meditations! Thank you.
Great gratitude for your kindness in sharing with “all of us.”
7 days 8 wonderful talks and meditations. Less is more. Thank you so much. May you be well, happy and free from suffering. Joan
Thanks you – what a beautiful exercise to include all people, beings, living things – we really are “all one.”
I love that last session. It was interesting to sense which people I found it hard to include in the circle. Interesting to notice how my curiosity about them was heightened as I tried to encompass them in my circle. We have Reconciliation Week coming up in Australia. This will be a useful practice for me this week, which I will share with others.
Dr. Hanson, thank you so much for all the daily challenges. I have enjoyed each and every one of them. I feel lucky to have many alternatives to practice here on. You have given a precious gift.
thank you so much ! ! ! i’ll keep these 7 steps and practice them ! ! ! i wish you the best dr rick hanson ! ! ! ligia
Beautiful exercise to include all of us.
What a lovely variety of speakers. The theme for a day was a great idea and gave me some focus. Rick Hanson’s daily challenge was the highlight for me and I commit to you that I will use those practices. Thank you.
Rick, this is a truly wonder-filled meditation to encompass all living beings. Thank you very much for each meditative impulse and for guiding me to the rich mindful living week from the Awake Network.
The ending of the week is just the beginning:)
Thank you for these challenges. It was so soothing to listen to each of them and to practice them in my daily life. May you continue to inspire others.
This has been one of the best ever mindfulness classes. Thank you for offerring to us free. I will forward on your kind generousity and wisdom. I love you!
Thanks for this generous offering of talks and practices – peace be with you
