Fantastic. Thank you so much for your lighthearted and accessible insights.
The Mind / Body connection is necessary to not be excluded from the “Meditation Practices……… sitting, walking Meditation ….. know the difference between contemplation and meditation, being totally present in the moment…..grasp on to the body, mind, connection …….
Day 3 and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. So much valuable information and insights. I feel that I can spend at least one week on each daily topic.
Truly a great man, born in the ghetto, here to teach us all of our enlightenment
Amazing presentation. Simple words with powerful meaning. I go forth to practice in every action. Thank you❣️
Thank you Rinpoche for this rich talk, and reminder to practice embodiment! ?? Blessings from Kristina
A beautiful soul so full of love. I really loved his talk and will love myself and others more fully today. Well done on such a wonderful enlightened week. Slainet.
I loved this compassionate talk for all of us, who have had this enourmous gift to be born as human beings, to get this body, this breath, this mind and spirit. Thank you!
I am fully present this moment – in a good mood – on the way to become a thinker and will love myself and others again and again. Thank you
Thank you for your wisdom.
If you only watch one of the videos, watch this one. Amazing. Love.
Thank you very much, Lama Rinpoche, for your inspirational input. on so may aspects. I specially embraced the concept of meditation as “wide open-spaced awakeness, fully engaged……….like a lotus flower”
What we are so generously given through this series of wise teachings is as close to a manual as it gets on how to live well, suffer less, and help others do so too. I’ve never been so excited about listening, observing, and writing through note-taking (21 pages after Day 3. The next level would be to review the notes, use it as a reference point, and practice what I can to experience more wholeness, balance, and flow from this moment to the next in continuity while moving forward in this priceless practice. While enlightenment is possible this lifetime and accessible to every being, it’s the journey that is far more interesting and amusing. Let’s do it together.
Thank you so much for bringing this brilliant light into our lives this precious week! Many blessings. Namaste.
“Mindfulness paying attention to what I am about to do – Awareness is paying attention to what I am doing”
My take away pearl ?
I loved this message. Compassionate integration. The idea of meditation in action, meditation from the seat to movement…continuation. Wonderful! Love yourself and love others.
What a gift listening to this man.
Preciousness of our hunan birth, come to terms with the body that was born and is you.
What pearls of wisdom from such a great soul, Jai, Jai, Lama Thupten. In gratitud.
What a loving and amazing human being. I will strive to love myself and others, rise above mediocrity, show compassion and loving-kindness. Thank you for your warm and loving message!
Thank you, Lama Rinpoche. I took away from this that the body and mind are more integrated than I had thought, and that they should be joined and actively exercised. As someone with chronic pain and illness I was hoping to hear more on working with pain (especially not occasional pain) but your talk was full of wisdom, insight and love and so I am okay with that. Thank you for the blessing at the end. I will love myself so I can love others, I will think for myself so that I can be my own person, interlinked to every other.
I could have listened to him for hours. He was teaching so much – I hadn’t quite grasped there was a difference between contemplation and meditation. Duh! Thank you so much.
Huge Thank You!!!
What a beautiful, moving and enlightening dialogue. Thank you to all people involved in giving me this gift.
This is a wonderful más empowering about love and compassion. Thank, Lama for your blessing, your suggestion and vinculate the body and mind by the way you teach us. I am really appreciatte your teachings.
When Jerry Gardner spoke about how we have entered Kali Yuga, I burst into tears. His bravery in facing it stopped me.
A big thank you and appreciation Lama Rinpoche. Your speech was on integration of not only mind and body but also many elements one after other. I felt I was listening to a story teller, with a sense of humour & did not feel bored at all. Must listen to it again again to absorb the full content. There is need for practitioners to appear in more places world wide to inspire people to love self and othes.
On another note, I really appreciate how our presenter, the beautiful lady’s knowledge on most aspects of subjects delivered by may authors. She is talented to ask the right question at the right time.
Her way of speech resembles many of her qualities simpleness, humbleness, concern and kindness. I wish you well!
Thank you, Jerry – it’s been very inspiring listening to you.
And – to take a cue from the previous writer – I’d like to also express my appreciation for what Kayleigh is doing, and for the warmth and clarity with which she communicates.
Thank you, Kayleigh!
[From Putter, in Cape Town – a still winter’s evening here…]
