Lovely resource in which to practice open hearted , integration and integrity in friendship. Grateful for Kates’s dharma talk.
Kate Johnson: You are truly a wise person and I suspect you are surrounded by people who aspire to the qualities you inspire in all the people you come in contact with. I was hopeful after I witnessed the students from Florida after the previous shooting. At the time I was very grateful we have such mindfulness teachings in the West. As a senior, I am even more hopeful with the Spiritual Friendship qualities as a change agent and will look in my community for opportunities with the knowledge to move at the speed of trust. Thank you so much.
After the talk from Elisha Goldstein about seeing what inspirates you in others and Dr. Ali Binazir about every one is a miracle, this talk from Kate Johnson was the cream of the top for me. I immediately invited a friend for a shared activity, and the RAIN contemplation helped me to see what i’m most entangled in right now and guided me safely through it. Thank you!
I remember best: I am one my way to become a partner in someone’s awakening and I will take a deep breath and feel extending myself a little more. Thanks,Kate Johnson
