Thank you especially for the conflict practice. Also when you talked about growing the connections between the decision making part of the brain and the emotional brain helping to break the habit loop I really perked up. I’m thinking it’s what I’ve heard referred to as integration of the brain, which I want to learn more about. I’ve been meaning to read again one of Daniel Siegel’s books for parents describing ways to help their children integrate their brain. I really like to learn the concepts of mindfulness which makes it easier to remember. Embodiment is another concept I think there is more for me to learn. So thank you again for being part of helping all with mindfulness.
Thank you for all you do for making wiser workplaces. If we could just get more leaders on board. I loved the just like me meditation.
You’re so right that stress is very high in the workplace and people need tools to deal with it. Your ideas are so helpful and practical. The meditation was powerful. Thank you so much!
Hugely helpful, thank you!
Brilliant
The session was called
Wisdom in a workplace
and Parneet shared soooo much wisdom with us
I wish I could make everyone in my company listen to it!!!
I’ll try to implement all the little steps every day and create a ripple effect!!’
Thank you so much for sharing ??
I really enjoyed this talk. I take away: asking myself many times this question “am I paying attention fully?”, “what is the quality of my attention right now?”, the fact that we can’t multitask, we just switch from one thing to another with less attention each time, carry out mindfulness labs or short exercises at work as a team. I thoroughly enjoyed Parneets practice. I will include it in my daily practice and share it in my workplace.
Excellent meditation. Thanks.
