Hello. I have been practicing mindfulness for about 6 years. It has changed me beyond what I could have ever imagined. Awakened me to a whole new world. Thus the email name. Looking forward to learning and experiencing much more. Currently consider myself more Buddhist than anything. After working in Christian ministry and graduating from seminary, my bleeding heart liberalism lead to feeling disconnected from what I believed the church is to be in society. Mindfulness and Buddhism are much more in line. Thanks for letting me share. Be at ease and in peace.
I forgot to mention I am 69 years and heading toward 70 way to quickly.

For Daryl in Singapore. An affirmative prayer establishing interior equanimity, equilibrium and equipoise. Spoken in the I Am Universal nature of the Divine moving through human thought, I Am dedicated to washing myself clear of any and all angry inclinations to lash out toward myself or anyone. I consciously invoke the Presence of Infinite calm, patience, compassion and understanding from within myself, knowing It is God action taking place for peace-building…in me, through me and all around me. I forgive the occurrences of the past, I release anxieties about the future and I give my attention fully and completely to the awareness of my inseparable unity with the Wholeness, Harmony & Total Well Being of Spirit, as me. I feel, cooled down…inside & out & I proceed forward on my journey in kindness, discipline, flexibility & resilience. I build a bright new tomorrow by living and practicing the presence of God, right here, right now & always. In gratitude & acceptance, I let it be so & so it is!
